Job Description

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Provide detailed information about products and services. Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management. Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with the sales team to close leads. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
