Title Hardware & Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, your primary objective is to establish and maintain a robust and efficient network infrastructure. Collaborating with fellow IT professionals, you will evaluate the organization's requirements and implement solutions to ensure a secure and reliable network. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting network issues, upgrading hardware and software, and staying abreast of industry trends to provide recommendations for improvements. You will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions, including LANs, WANs, and other network topologies. Evaluating and selecting appropriate hardware and software to meet organizational needs, monitoring network performance to ensure optimal operation, conducting routine maintenance and upgrades to prevent downtime and security risks, diagnosing and resolving network faults promptly, providing technical support to end-users, and collaborating with other IT teams for issue resolution. Moreover, you will be required to create and maintain detailed documentation on network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Working closely with system administrators and security specialists, you will contribute to maintaining a cohesive IT environment. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies, knowledge of network hardware (such as routers, switches, and firewalls) and software, and relevant certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and user support, are essential. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Prior experience of 1 year in a similar role is preferred. The work location is on-site.,
