Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services offered by the company.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication with clients.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
