Location: Dange Chowk, Chinchwad, Pune
Experience: Mandatory – Prior experience in the education/coaching industry

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and counsel parents about courses
Explain courses & guide them through the admission process
Maintain follow-up records and achieve admission targets
Coordinate with the back-office and academic team

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in student counseling / telecalling in the education sector
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Ability to manage CRM, follow-ups & reporting
