Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Becora Developers’ projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project details to prospects. Generate and qualify leads through systematic calling and follow-ups. Maintain daily call logs and update lead sheets/CRM accurately. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, follow-ups, and conversions. Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high professionalism. Prepare call reports and share regular performance updates. Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus). Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone. Ability to work under target pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer proficiency — MS Excel, email handling, CRM updates. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups. Prior experience in real estate telecalling is an added advantage (not mandatory). Performance Expectations: Achieve assigned call volumes and conversion KPIs. Maintain accuracy and discipline in reporting and customer data management. Show initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement in performance. Support the sales and marketing team in driving monthly revenue targets.
