* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain company products or services and answer customer queries.
* Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the system.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
* Handle customer complaints and provide accurate information politely.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates.
* Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.
* Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
* Experience: 02 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers welcome).
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling).
* Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.
* Good listening and interpersonal skills.
