JOB SUMMARY:


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tele Caller to support lead acquisition and cold calling efforts for Solar Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean energy and sustainability, combined with the communication skills and technical aptitude to drive sales engagement.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Fixed Salary Range: Rs25,000 - Rs 30,000 per month
  • 5 Days Working from Onsite; Saturday Work from Home

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for rooftop and ground-
    mounted solar projects.
  • Explain basic technical features, system benefits, and return on investment
    (ROI) to potential clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical queries.
  • Coordinate for site surveys and ensure smooth customer documentation.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from residential, commercial, and industrial
    customers.
  • Generate, manage, and nurture leads through CRM and campaign data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional
    activities.
  • Support sales presentations and product demonstrations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and daily/weekly reporting metrics.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal
    departments. DESIRED PROFILE:
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in tele-calling, preferably in the solar or
    renewable energy sector.
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first
    mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customers
    simultaneously.
  • Open to occasional travel for meetings or product demos.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with solar energy concepts is preferred.
  • Good understanding of marketing and lead conversion funnels.

Technical awareness or willingness to learn about solar systems and related
technologies.
