Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Tele caller to join our team for promoting our Digital Marketing Training Programs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong personality, and a passion for interacting with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course features & benefits
• Convert leads into admissions through clear and professional communication
• Maintain follow-up data and update CRM or calling sheet daily
• Handle inquiries via WhatsApp and phone in a professional manner
• Provide proper guidance about certifications, job placement & training modules
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth admission closure

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken communication in English & Hindi
• Strong personality and confident interaction skills
• Good persuasion & negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education Qualification

• Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply

Work Timing

• Flexible Working Hours (10.AM – 6.PM – rotational shifts possible)
