Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts or pitches.

Sales: Promote and sell products or services to achieve sales targets.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather information about customer needs and preferences.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to build rapport, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers or leads to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

Data Entry: Record and update customer information in the database accurately.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.

Handle Objections: Address customer concerns or objections and attempt to overcome them to close sales.

Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product issues, and other relevant information.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly.

Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade customers.

Customer Service: Customer-focused with the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and continue making calls.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with team members and share information for collective success.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Target-Oriented: Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls.

Ethical Conduct: Maintain ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and adhere to company policies.
