Nectar Rendering Studio, a leading and innovative 3D animation, and visual effects studio, is seeking a talented and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a vital role in our business development efforts by engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our services, and generating leads. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Nectar Rendering Studio's services and discussing their specific needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively researching and identifying new leads.
• Present and promote our range of 3D animation and visual effects services, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
• Provide accurate information to clients regarding project timelines, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Effectively communicate with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a professional and persuasive demeanor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and generate reports on call activities and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to ensure effective communication of our unique value proposition.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
• A strong interest in the entertainment industry, particularly 3D animation and visual effects.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and telecommunication systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
