As a telesales/Inside sales representative, you are expected to have proven experience in sales roles with a track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. It is crucial for you to possess good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems. Additionally, you must be able to learn about products and services to describe and explain them to prospects effectively. Your communication skills in English and Tamil should be excellent. You should also showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a cool-tempered demeanor, and be capable of handling rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills are a must, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. - Proven experience as a telesales/Inside sales representative or in other sales roles - Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone - Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems - Ability to learn about products and services effectively - Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Cool-tempered and capable of handling rejection - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints You should have at least 1 year of experience in Inside sales and telesales. Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is preferred. The preferred education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
