Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Panchkula. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales through direct telephonic communication with clients and customers. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales expertise with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance client knowledge of products
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business
