Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, converting leads into sales, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored property solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to provide training and support to clients and team members
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
