As a Telemarketer based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in engaging with leads, establishing connections, and initiating meaningful conversations. You will be the primary point of contact in our sales process, representing Accqrate and paving the way for productive business discussions. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the B2B SaaS and ERP domain, honing your skills in lead qualification, customer interaction, and value communication. Key Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, promoting company products, managing customer accounts, and maintaining comprehensive records of interactions. You will be expected to present Accqrate's value proposition effectively, qualify prospects based on their requirements, budget, and interest, schedule product demos, ensure consistent follow-up, update CRM systems, and collaborate closely with the presales and marketing teams for successful campaign outcomes. We are looking for individuals with sales expertise, outbound calling proficiency, strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities in English, outgoing personalities, adept listening skills, basic knowledge of SaaS, ERP, or digital platforms, familiarity with CRM tools, resilience in facing rejections, and a proven track record in telesales or related fields. Ideal candidates include recent graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling, particularly those from sales, marketing, commerce, or communication backgrounds seeking a career in tech-enabled B2B sales.
