Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Siliguri. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with leads, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales targets through effective communication. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, delivering product information, and building trust with potential clients. The role also involves coordinating with team members and providing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to build rapport with clients and convey information clearly
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Sales skills and the ability to meet targets and close deals
• Training or coaching experience to improve team performance is an advantage
