Position Overview

Remote Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  200–300 outbound calls per day

  to prospective U.S. customers using company-provided data.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Present digital marketing solutions using consultative sales techniques.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate product information, and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including activity logs and pipeline updates.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral or U.S.-trained accent.
• Experience selling to U.S.-based customers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Go High Level or similar) and VoIP dialers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work in a high-activity sales environment.

Work Schedule

• Remote position aligned with U.S. business hours (EST or PST).
• Full-time role, Monday–Friday.
