Role Description

This is a full-time Telesales Representative role located on-site in Ranchi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales calls to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and offering support through effective communication and training.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Support and Sales
Training abilities to effectively educate customers
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
