Job Description

You are an experienced and energetic Tele Sales Executive who will be a valuable addition to our franchise development team. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and onboarding new franchise partners through effective communication and follow-up. You will conduct outbound calls to various prospective clients such as distributors, retailers, small pharma businesses, and others to introduce them to our franchise opportunities. It will be your responsibility to explain the franchise model, product offerings, benefits, and onboarding process, and qualify leads based on interest level, investment capacity, and geographic availability. Following up regularly to ensure closure and proper documentation of interested clients will also be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will schedule virtual onboarding sessions, assist clients with form submissions through our website, and maintain a lead database in the CRM system with timely updates and reporting. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams for region-specific campaigns and product promotions will be essential. You will work towards achieving monthly targets for lead conversions and franchise onboarding. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain. Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi are required, and knowledge of a regional language would be advantageous. Familiarity with the pharma franchise model or prior experience in a similar domain is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital onboarding platforms is important. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently are qualities that will contribute to your success. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field would be a plus. Experience working with pharma distributors or channel partners is preferred.
