Job Description

The Telesales Representative position is a full-time on-site role based in Kalyan. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, building and nurturing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service and support. In addition, you will handle customer inquiries, identify sales opportunities, and strive to meet sales targets. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong communication abilities, excellent customer service and support skills, and proficiency in sales techniques. You should demonstrate a capacity to effectively learn and implement training, as well as exhibit outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities. The role requires both independent work and collaboration within a team setting. While previous experience in sales or telesales is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Additionally, basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are beneficial for this role.,
