Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining and selling our courses, and providing excellent customer support. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.Salary:- 12-15K per month Plus Incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Must be Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
• Proficient in Customer Support and Sales techniques
• Ability to train and educate customers effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in telesales or similar roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated and goal-oriented attitude
