Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Greater Noida West (near DMart). The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting Sustainico's water tracking systems. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing product information, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The role may also involve coordinating with the sales team and participating in training sessions. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Customer Support and Training skills Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent; engineering background is a plus
