As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone in order to build relationships, generate leads, and promote products or services. You will serve as a direct point of contact between our business and our target audience, providing real-time assistance, addressing inquiries, and establishing rapport. Lead generation is a key aspect of this role, as you will be reaching out to potential customers to understand their needs, gauge their interest in our offerings, and qualify them as potential leads for our sales team to follow up with. Your ability to identify and nurture these leads will be crucial in driving our sales efforts forward. In addition to lead generation, you will also be tasked with promoting our products or services through effective communication. By highlighting the key features, benefits, and value propositions of what we offer, you will aim to generate interest and excitement among prospects, encouraging them to consider making a purchase. Building and maintaining relationships with customers is another vital component of this role. By actively listening to their requirements, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized recommendations, you will work to establish trust and credibility, laying the groundwork for long-term customer loyalty. As you engage with prospects, you may encounter objections or reservations regarding our offerings. Your ability to handle these objections with tact and professionalism, by providing relevant information, addressing concerns, and showcasing the value of our products or services, will be essential in converting prospects into satisfied customers. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, and previous experience in sales is preferred.
