Key Responsibilities • Customer Engagement Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and processes to clients clearly and effectively. Address customer queries and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions. • Follow-Up Regularly follow up with potential clients to ensure smooth communication. Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and facilitate loan processing. • Collaboration Work closely with the sales and credit teams to ensure efficient loan disbursement. Share feedback from clients to improve service quality and offerings. • Reporting Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics to the team lead or manager. Key Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-calling sales, with a focus on loans such as home loans, LAP, unsecured business loans, or working capital loans. • Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of loan products and financial terminology. • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
