Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable products or services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, and reporting to the sales manager. Additionally, the role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the financial technology sector is advantageous
