We are hiring Telecallers for our outbound insurance sales process. Your job will be to call customers, explain insurance products and convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to customers.
· Explain insurance products.
· Convince customers and close sales.
· Follow up with interested leads.
· Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
· 12th pass or Any graduate.
· Good communication Convincing and Negotiation skills.
· Freshers are welcome.
· Experience in Sales , Marketing or insurance is a plus.
Fixed Salary Plus Incentives based on performance.
