Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Insurance Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Sec-18). The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance products (Health, Life, and General), and converting leads into successful policy sales. You will play a key role in helping clients choose the right insurance solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health, life, or general insurance policies.
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms in simple language.
• Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build customer trust.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM software.
• Follow up with interested leads and close policy sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience in telesales or customer service (insurance preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to explain insurance terms in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Target-driven, confident, and able to handle rejections positively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
