Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills to promote our products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and result-oriented. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales. Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues. Maintain and update customer database regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing. Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) to any Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus. Proficiency in Kannada and English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Compensation:Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance). Incentives and performance bonuses available.
