Job Summary:
As a Telesales Representative, youll be reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce and sell products or services.

Generate Sales:
Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment.Meet sales targets set by the company.

Customer Relationship:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Address any customer concerns or complaints professionally.

Record and Update Information:
Maintain accurate customer details and call logs in the companys system.Follow up on leads and track progress of calls made.

Work with Team:
Work with your team and manager to meet sales goals.Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
