**Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Watches** **Job Description:** We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales of watches through inbound and outbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales within the watch industry. **Roles and Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Outreach & Lead Generation**   - Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries received through various channels.   - Reach out to existing and new leads to promote our range of watches and available offers. 2. **Product Knowledge & Presentation**   - Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and specifications of Zimson Watches to customers.   - Address customer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences. 3. **Sales Conversion & Closure**   - Persuade customers to make purchase decisions and successfully close sales.   - Assist customers through the purchasing process, including explaining payment options and order confirmation.   - Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue. 4. **Customer Relationship Management**   - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.   - Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. 5. **Achieving Sales Targets**   - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.   - Proactively strategize to improve sales performance and reach targets. 6. **Record Keeping & Reporting**   - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.   - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. 7. **Market & Competitor Awareness**   - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.   - Use market insights to enhance sales strategies. 8. **Promoting Offers & Campaigns**   - Clearly communicate current promotions, discounts, and special offers to customers.   - Motivate prospects to take advantage of promotional deals to boost sales. **Skills & Requirements:** - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in watches or related accessories. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to work towards targets with a proactive attitude. - Basic knowledge of watches and the ability to explain product features effectively. - Good time management and organizational skills.
