Job Summary: As a Telesales Executive at Zaroori Retail, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products, and driving sales. You will play a key role in building relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Zaroori Retail's products and services. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions to drive sales. Provide detailed product information, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Ensure all customer interactions are professional, positive, and aligned with company standards. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Requirements: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
