Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and offering appropriate products and services. This role involves direct communication with clients over the phone, email, and other digital channels to convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, services, or cloud solutions). Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, emails, and referrals. Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales progress. Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff or account managers, if required. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking). Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet research).
