Role- Telecaller Experience- Location- Trivandrum,technopark Notice- Immediate JD: Experience level – 6 Months to 2 Years Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest. Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Strong communication skills and command of the English and Malayalam language. Any Graduate Good to have – Hindi speaking skills.
