Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Electronics Items (CCTV, Home Automation)Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and generating leads for CCTV, Home Automation. This role involves communication skills, client relationship management, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets. Benifits : Attractive Salary + Incetives Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about available services. Handle incoming inquiries regarding products and clarify doubts. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information about client requirements. Update and manage the client database regularly. Sales Support: Schedule site visit and coordinate with the sales team. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into active clients. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client interactions and lead status. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts for maximum effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, Experience: Previous telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in Product sales or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in local languages and English.
