URGENT HIRING *We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team* . As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Provide customers with product/service information and resolve any queries they may have. Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services when appropriate. Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of prospects. Handle customer objections effectively and provide solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
