We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell our in-house IT products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers over calls, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company’s IT products and services
Understand customer needs and explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively
Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for product demonstrations and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
Proven experience in telesales or inside sales (IT product experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Strong customer-focused approach
Ability to work under targets and pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
