Job Title: Telesales Executive – Jewelry Brand Website Sales Conversion Job Location: [R.S Puram, Coimbatore] Department: Website Sales / Business Development Job Type: Full-Time Experience : 2-5 Years Job Role Description:( Only Female Required ) We seek an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to drive conversions by pitching website development and digital services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and a persuasive approach to converting inquiries into confirmed sales. You will play a critical role in turning leads into paying customers, following up on website inquiries, and maintaining a high close rate through personalized sales pitches. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients who have shown interest in website-related services. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website packages or digital solutions. Follow up on warm leads (inbound inquiries, form submissions, Meta/Facebook leads) and convert them into sales. Maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion rate, and revenue. Collaborate with the digital marketing and design team. Provide input on customer feedback and objections to help improve service offerings and pitch strategies. Requirements: 2–5 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in IT, web development, or digital marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English Ability to explain technical concepts (like websites, domains) in a simple and convincing manner. Experience with CRM tools ( e.g., BIK, HubSpot, or Salesforce ) and follow-up systems. High energy, positive attitude, and a strong sense of customer focus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team . Preferred Qualifications: Background in website or digital marketing sales is a strong advantage.
