Position Overview

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through telecalling to promote our real estate offerings.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in real estate sales.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in telecalling techniques and customer support practices.
