About Us:

UrbanIQ is a fast-growing real estate company dedicated to providing customers with the best property investment opportunities. We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic telecallers to join us.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call prospective customers to promote real estate projects.
Explain project details, answer queries, and generate interest.
Maintain follow-ups with leads to convert them into site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and site visits.
Update daily call reports, lead status, and maintain CRM entries.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling & lead generation targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 0 –2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales (real estate preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Confidence in handling outbound calls and convincing customers.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
