Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, educating them about our pharmaceutical products, and converting leads into sales. This role is key to building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote Soulcure’s pharmaceutical products. Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about product features, benefits, and pricing. Generate leads and follow up with warm and cold prospects to close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and objections professionally and effectively. Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns. Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to help refine offerings and strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science or Pharmacy background preferred). 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.
