Telesales Executive

TELESALES EXECUTIVE (Female)

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
• Build rapport with potential customers.
• Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency
• Maintain an accurate inventory of materials used for custom sales presentations, such as brochures, picture gallery, product links
• Contact customers to schedule appointments and make sure Sales Representatives have the best, most updated support materials, I help the sales department improve their productivity.
• While sales representatives are unavailable, handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
• Process handling orders through the mail, email, or phone and checking that the order has the correct price, discount, and product number.
• Ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries by working with other departments.
• Make potential customers to be interested in a company’s products and services as possible.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (eCommerce experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems or online order systems.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
