Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on interview performance) + incentives
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend based on business requirements)
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Tele Sales Executive for its family entertainment center in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This role focuses on handling inbound sales inquiries related to birthday parties, group events, and corporate bookings. The position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and digital leads in a professional manner.Convert inquiries into confirmed event and party bookings.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including follow-ups and lead tracking.Upsell food and beverage packages, gaming options, and event add-ons.Coordinate with operations, banquet, restaurant, and billing teams for smooth execution.Prepare and share daily and weekly sales and conversion reports.Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.Candidates with 6–12 months of experience in telesales, hospitality, events, QSR, or customer service will be preferred.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a target-driven environment.Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
