Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls: Contacting potential customers to introduce products or services, follow up on leads, or generate new business. Understanding customer needs: Asking questions to determine customer requirements and preferences, tailoring product offerings accordingly. Presenting products/services: Clearly and persuasively explaining the benefits and features of products or services to potential customers. Closing sales: Successfully securing deals with customers over the phone, negotiating terms, and finalizing purchases. Handling inquiries and complaints: Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently. Maintaining customer records: Keeping accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in a CRM system. Meeting sales targets: Achieving individual and team sales quotas. Building customer relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential customers. Staying up-to-date: Keeping informed about product knowledge, pricing, and company policies. Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise speaking, active listening, and ability to build rapport. Persuasion and sales skills: Ability to present products effectively, overcome objections, and close deals.
