Telesales Executive

Job brief:

We are seeking for a competitive Female Tele-Calling Sales Executive – Motor Insurance, to attract new clients, win new clients and maximize profitability. The salesperson will source new sales opportunities, and close sales to achieve insurance targets. The salesperson will also be supported with the data of the clients to achieve insurance sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients to generate sales.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers’ skills, needs, and build long lasting relationships.
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

Requirements:

• The candidate should be a female.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Computer use competency.
• Self-motivated and driven.

Tele-calling Sales Executive Education, Skills and Experience:

Qualified sales executive must hold a high school diploma degree in business or commerce, and should be multi-skilled with powerful communication, conversational/interpersonal skills with competitive attitude and sharp sales abilities to work independently.

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 13,000
