We are expanding our client outreach and looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain our taxation and compliance services. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads generated through ads or campaigns. Maintain accurate call and lead records in the system. Schedule appointments and coordinate with senior team members. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Build and maintain good client relationships with professionalism and courtesy. RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools). Confident, polite, and good at convincing clients. Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
