Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Lead Generation) Company: Sheetal Enterprises Job Summary: Sheetal Enterprises is seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive who can handle outbound sales calls, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to identify potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services. Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, database calling, and follow-up activities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and convert prospects into appointments or sales. Update and manage customer information in the CRM/database regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets. Coordinate with the field sales/business development team for smooth lead handover. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred). Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close leads effectively. Good telephone etiquette and a customer-oriented mindset. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Preferred Attributes: Experience in B2B or product-based telesales.
