You are a dynamic and motivated Telesales Cum Office Coordinator who will play a crucial role in SD Web Solutions" expanding operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers and leads - Handling customer inquiries through various communication channels - Coordinating day-to-day office tasks - Maintaining records, schedules, and team coordination activities - Supporting sales and marketing teams in campaign follow-ups - Acting as a liaison between departments for smooth office operations The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or office coordination - Any graduate can apply - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office - Comfortable working in a team and fast-paced environment This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time.
