Job Overview:

SD Web Solutions is hiring a dynamic and motivated Telesales Cum Office Coordinator to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be capable of handling telesales as well as office coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate day-to-day office tasks and assist in administrative duties.
• Maintain records, schedules, and team coordination activities.
• Support sales and marketing teams in campaign follow-ups.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in telesales or office coordination.
• Any graduate can apply.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a team and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
