Job Summary

Riverland Estate Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and supporting the sales process to help achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Follow up with interested customers to nurture leads and close sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma / graduate preferred
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
