We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our team at Revamp, a leading cosmetology and dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media, advertisements, and online inquiries.
Explain clinic services, offers, and treatments in a clear, professional, and convincing manner.
Follow up with interested leads to schedule consultations and appointments.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, client responses, and conversion status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the front desk and marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to customer queries.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Provide excellent post-call service and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Sales Executive (preferably in a clinic, spa, or beauty industry).
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,165.60 - ₹30,000.00 per month
