Location: Noida, Sector-136 Department: Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 0.6 – 2 years (Real Estate or Telecalling preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:RAVS Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with customers to promote real estate projects over the phone. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for residential/commercial real estate projects. Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to prospects in a clear and convincing manner. Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team. Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups using CRM tools. Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely information to convert queries into leads. Work closely with the field sales team to ensure seamless handover and lead tracking. Achieve weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. 6 months to 2 years of telesales/telecalling experience, preferably in real estate or similar sectors. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and persuasive with a go-getter attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM usage). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
